What We Require

When you drop your dog off for its stay with us, we ask that you provide an emergency contact number – either a cell phone (so that we may contact you directly) or a local contact whom you trust to make any decisions regarding your pet’s care if you will not be available.

Also, please provide written proof from your veterinarian that your pet has a current rabies vaccination. All boarding kennels are required by Pennsylvania law to have written proof of rabies vaccination before accepting a dog for boarding.  No other vaccinations are required at Harbor Woods, but  we suggest that you discuss with your veterinarian the advisability of  having your dog vaccinated against other diseases such as canine influenza, Lyme’s, and Bordetella  (kennel cough).
